1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bo999 ("bo999", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bo999 website located at https://bo999.io and all associated services, products, features, and content provided thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

Your continued use of the bo999 Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. bo999 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date on which these Terms were last revised is displayed prominently at the top of this page.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including players who browse without registering, registered account holders, and players actively placing wagers. Certain sections of these Terms apply specifically to registered players; those sections are identified accordingly.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on bo999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bo999 may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of bo999 services, including real-money wagering, you must create a registered account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) bo999 account. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where bo999 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, bo999 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all such accounts and to withhold any balances pending investigation.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. bo999 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.
• You must promptly update your account information if any details change, including your mobile number or payment method details.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials.
• You agree to notify bo999 immediately via live chat support if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• bo999 will never contact you by any means to request your full password. Any communication purporting to be from bo999 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

bo999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for the refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bo999 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bo999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at bo999's discretion.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bo999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
• Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified personal bank account held in the player's name.
• bo999 may impose withdrawal verification requirements at any time, including identity documents, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• bo999 reserves the right to delay or suspend any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity and payment verification.
• Any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals to bo999 are solely your responsibility. bo999 does not add surcharges to deposit or withdrawal transactions.
• Chargeback requests submitted to payment providers in connection with genuine bo999 transactions constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bo999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time each bonus is offered, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available exclusively to eligible registered players who have completed identity verification and are in good standing with bo999.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be requested for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or to the combined deposit-and-bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
• bo999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active bonuses via their registered email address.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game types and markets specified in the applicable promotion. Using a bonus on an ineligible game type does not count towards wagering requirements and may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Players may decline any bonus by contacting customer support before the bonus is credited to their account. Once wagering activity has commenced, the bonus cannot be reversed.

6 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the bo999 Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, or cricket and sports betting markets — are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product. These rules are accessible from within each game or market interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bo999 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse bets after confirmation, except in the specific circumstances outlined in the applicable game or market rules (e.g., a match being cancelled before commencement).

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet placement, bo999 will investigate the incident and may void the affected bets. bo999's decision in such matters is final.
• Cricket and sports betting markets are settled in accordance with official match results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). bo999 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected cricket and sports markets. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any time. bo999 is not liable for connection issues that prevent a player from placing an in-play bet.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bo999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one bo999 account, whether in your own name or under any alias or third-party identity.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any other interaction with bo999.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Collusion with other players, whether in live dealer games, poker, or any other format that involves competition between players.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be deducted from the player's account.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to cycle funds through the payment system.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute any legitimate deposit or loss through a payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bo999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, software code, database content, and page layouts, is the property of bo999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The bo999 name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary trademarks of bo999.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bo999 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform; use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform; frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application; or sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without bo999's prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bo999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bo999 Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events; errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes, odds, or results subsequently corrected by bo999 or the relevant governing body; delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay; or reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions, or promotional materials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bo999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Amendments to These Terms

bo999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification to their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform for a period of at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Where a material change to these Terms is communicated, you will have the opportunity to close your account and withdraw your balance before the new Terms take effect, if you do not wish to be bound by the revised Terms. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall first be submitted to bo999's customer support team for informal resolution. bo999 is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted to bo999 customer support, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
